Bu gizlilik politikasi, Gurmapp mobil uygulamasinin ("Uygulama") kullanicilarindan toplanan, kullanilan ve paylasilan kisisel verileri aciklar.
1. Toplanan Veriler
Uygulamamiz asagidaki verileri toplar:
- Hesap Bilgileri: E-posta adresi, gorunen ad, sifre (sifreli olarak saklanir)
- Konum Bilgileri: Yakininizdaki restoranlari gostermek icin cihaz konumunuz
- Kullanici Icerigi: Yorumlar, puanlamalar, fotograflar, favori listeleri ve koleksiyonlar
- Cihaz Bilgileri: Bildirim tokenleri (push bildirimleri icin), cihaz dili tercihi
- Ucuncu Taraf Giris: Google veya Apple ile giris yaptiginizda, bu platformlardan saglanan kimlik bilgileri
2. Verilerin Kullanimi
Toplanan veriler asagidaki amaclarla kullanilir:
- Hesap olusturma ve kimlik dogrulama
- Yakininizdaki restoranlari gosterme ve kisilesellestirilmis oneriler sunma
- Yorum ve icerik paylasimi
- Push bildirimleri gonderme
- Uygulama performansini izleme ve hata ayiklama
3. Ucuncu Taraf Hizmetleri
Uygulamamiz asagidaki ucuncu taraf hizmetlerini kullanir:
- Google Maps: Harita ve konum hizmetleri
- Sentry: Hata izleme ve uygulama performans takibi
- SendGrid: E-posta gonderimi (dogrulama, sifre sifirlama)
- Cloudflare R2: Gorsel ve medya dosyasi depolama
- Firebase Cloud Messaging: Push bildirimleri
- Google Sign-In / Apple Sign-In: Ucuncu taraf kimlik dogrulama
4. Veri Saklama
Kisisel verileriniz hesabiniz aktif oldugu surece saklanir. Hesabinizi sildiginizde, tum kisisel verileriniz (yorumlar, favoriler, koleksiyonlar dahil) kalici olarak silinir.
5. Veri Guvenligi
Verilerinizi korumak icin endustri standardi guvenlik onlemleri uygulanmaktadir:
- Sifreler BCrypt ile sifrelenir
- Iletisim SSL/TLS ile korunur
- JWT tabanli kimlik dogrulama kullanilir
- HttpOnly cerezler XSS saldirilarina karsi koruma saglar
6. Kullanici Haklari
Kullanicilar asagidaki haklara sahiptir:
- Hesap bilgilerini goruntuleme ve guncelleme
- Hesabi kalici olarak silme (Uygulama icerisinden Profil > Hesabimi Sil)
- Push bildirimlerini kapatma
- Konum erisimini cihaz ayarlarindan kaldirma

Privacy Policy
This privacy policy describes the personal data collected, used, and shared by the Gurmapp mobile application ("App").
1. Data We Collect
- Account Information: Email address, display name, password (stored encrypted)
- Location Data: Device location to show nearby restaurants
- User Content: Reviews, ratings, photos, favorites, and collections
- Device Information: Notification tokens (for push notifications), device language preference
- Third-Party Login: Identity information provided by Google or Apple when signing in

- Account creation and authentication
- Showing nearby restaurants and personalized recommendations
- Sharing reviews and content
- Sending push notifications
- Monitoring app performance and debugging
3. Third-Party Services
- Google Maps: Map and location services
- Sentry: Error tracking and app performance monitoring
- SendGrid: Email delivery (verification, password reset)
- Cloudflare R2: Image and media file storage
- Firebase Cloud Messaging: Push notifications

4. Data Retention
Your personal data is stored as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all personal data (including reviews, favorites, collections) is permanently deleted.
5. Data Security
- Passwords are encrypted with BCrypt
- Communication is protected with SSL/TLS
- JWT-based authentication is used
- HttpOnly cookies protect against XSS attacks
6. Your Rights
- View and update your account information
- Permanently delete your account (Profile > Delete My Account in the App)
- Disable push notifications
- Revoke location access from device settings
